The Venue

The EGCON 2025 shall be held at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, a prestigious convention center in New Delhi. The campus weaves in a unique interplay of institutions, supporting infrastructure and facilities such as conference venues, auditoria, hospitality areas, the library, resource center, and art galleries. Elegantly designed, the campus is a hub of activity while remaining serene. The architectural and design elements enable it to be a paradoxical blend of landscaping, horticulture and fountains.

Each hall at the IHC is equipped with modern audio-visual systems and offers on-site technical assistance for seamless presentations. A diverse culinary experience is also on offer and the delegates are sure to love it.

Stein Auditorium
The 420-seat capacity auditorium has state-of-the-art audio-visual system and is the venue for the inauguration of the conference and plenary session. Silver Oak
The 180-seat capacity, theatre style hall is the venue for parallel sessions when partitioned. The keynote lectures on 2nd and 3rd day of the conference shall be convened in the unified hall. Boasts an attached patio and garden space that would be the area for poster presentations, exhibition kiosks, and dining. Magnolia
The elegantly designed 70-seat capacity hall provides cozy environment for focused discussions and technical sessions. Maple
A tastefully furnished 40-seat room that is ideal for exclusive meetings, workshops and medium sized technical sessions.
