The invitation for extended abstracts had been rolled out on 01 August 2024. The online abstract submission closes on 31 March 2025. The authors of accepted abstracts are being invited to submit full papers starting 01 January 2025. The authors of accepted abstracts shall have the opportunity to make oral /poster presentations during the Conference. Both the extended abstracts and the full papers shall be published as separate volumes and released during the conference.
The Five Best Papers and Poster Presentations in YEG category shall receive a citation and a prize of INR 10,000
